Anoosh Liddell is an independent professional natural healthcare therapist and the founder of Balancing Mind and Body. By working closely and compassionately together with her clients she has helped many who are coping with a wide range of health problems such as asthma, depression, anxiety, cancer, hormonal imbalances and paralysis; she has a special interest in pregnancy, bereavement and hiv/aids. Care and time taken in trying to understand both the physical and emotional nature of a client’s problem is her priority and this is strongly reflected in all her treatment sessions.
She started her professional natural healthcare career in 1994 when she attained a diploma in Aromatherapy through the Shirley Price College of Aromatherapy. Later on in the same year she was awarded her Reflex Zone Therapy diploma by the International Therapy Examination Council. Desiring to expand her expertise in manipulative bodywork, she gained an Advanced Remedial Massage diploma through the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy followed by an Advanced Remedial & Sports Injuries Massage diploma through the S.E.E.D Institute. At the end of 1999 she completed her Master/Teacher Level in Reiki Healing. In 2002 she continued to expand her professional knowledge and expertise through Sound Healing with the Institute of Cyberkinetics and completed her Colour Therapy & Colourpunctue diploma in 2006 through the College for Applied Energy Medicine. She gained her certification in Auricular Therapy through the College of Chinese Medicine.
Dedicated and committed to sharing much of her professional knowledge and training with others, she regularly teaches independent courses for the non-professional in Reflexology, Reflex Zone Colourpuncture and Reiki Healing. She also teaches diploma courses in Reiki Healing for those wishing to qualify as professional therapists. All courses are clear and easy to understand encouraging participants to take a more active role in managing their own health and well-being through developing greater self awareness and practicing self treatment.
